Delhi Government Bans 15-Year-Old Petrol & Diesel Vehicles to Tackle Pollution

In a major step to combat pollution, the Delhi government has enforced a ban on petrol and diesel vehicles older than 15 years. This move aims to reduce vehicular emissions and improve air quality in the capital. Officials have been directed to strictly implement the rule, identifying and restricting outdated vehicles from operating on the roads.

Vehicle owners are encouraged to switch to greener alternatives such as electric or CNG-powered vehicles.
